He will be sadly missed by his children, Katherine (Chuck) Allen, Kristine (Michael) Fields, Karen Smith and Michael McMillen; by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren; his sisters and brothrs-in-law, by his many cousins, nieces, nephews; and friends.

Jim graduated from Central High School, in 1952 and from Southern Colorado State College. He is retired from the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad and as a real estate agent with ReMax and Central Realty. He was a proud Eagle Scout, a member of Faith United Methodist Church, St. Charles, MO, a 50+ year member of The United Transportation Union (past treasurer local 204) the fraternal orders of Elks, Lions, Jaycees, and Eagles, a beloved and respected husband, father, brother, and friend. He will be greatly missed for the love he showed, for his quirky humor and good advice, for his conversation, and his insight.
