Irma June Southward

Irma June Southward, 95, passed away April 17, 2003. Survived by her daughters, Ina (John R.) Smith of Wild Horse, Colo., Amy B. (Al) McGrath of La Junta, and Doris (Bob) Finke of Laverkin, UT; 4 grandchildren, John, Gale, Jeff and Edith; one step-grandchild, Jason; 4 great-grandchildren, Taylor, Taryn, Eric and Amanda; and 2 step-great-grandchildren, Jehnna and Chris. Irma was born June 15, 1907, in La Junta, Colorado, to Lark and Edith Dickason, who precede her in death. She was employed as a clerk at the Pueblo Army Depot and was a member of Park Hill Christian Church, Royal Neighbors and Rebekah Lodge. There will be no viewing. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 21, 2003, at Fairview Cemetery in La Junta with Reverend John Dell officiating. Those who desire may make memorials to Park Hill Christian Sunday School Fund through the funeral home. The family may be contacted at 27642 Homestead Loop, La Junta, Colorado.
