Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I remember Howard as a student at the University of Colorado, where we were both students. He was lots of fun to be around and I know he loved the military life. I am saddened to learn of his passing.

  2. We laid Howard to rest yesterday at Fort Lyon National Cemetery. He had an Honor Guard and a 21 gun salute. Rest in peace big brother, I love you regardless of the many problems that plagued your life. I hope now you can find the peace that escaped you.

  3. I am sorry to read of Howard’s death, my family lived beside of the Halsey’s in Grants, NM before returning to W. Va. Howard stopped by to visit with us on one of his trips to W. Va. We had some great times together while living in New Mexico and I will always have fond memories of those days. May God comfort you in your loss.
