Horacio 'Orie' E. Mondragon, 78, passed away May 9, 2015. Survived by his children, Cindy (Mike) Deulen, Timothy (Karen) Mondragon and Brenda (Chris) Monck; grandchildren, Michael (Jill) Deulen, Justin (Amanda) Deulen, James Deulen, Priscilla Deulen, Sydney (Bobby) Tillman, Tiffany Mondragon and Alec Monck; great-grandchildren, Luke, Chace, Kalis, Coda, Isabella and Isaac Deulen, Ellyana Tillman and Xander Mondragon; brother, Fred (Mary) Mondragon; and sister, Rebecca Brito; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Joe A. and Pablita Mondragon; sisters, Maxine and Eva Mondragon; brother, Leo F. Mondragon; and infant son, Phillip Mondragon. Orie was born to Joe and Pablita Mondragon on August 26, 1936, in Llano Quemado-Taos County, N.M. He retired from the Climax Molybdenum Mine, enjoyed golfing, watching sports (especially his grandchildren's activities) and family gatherings. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium.
