Homer Wetzel Brown

Homer Wetzel Brown went home to see Jesus on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005. He passed away in Pueblo, Colorado but resided most recently in Alamosa, Colorado. He was a former resident of Center, Colo. for most of his life. Homer was born on Feb. 1, 1922, and loved photography, fishing and making jewelry. Survived by his wife, Mary; son, James; and stepchildren, Sharon Tweedy, Jim Hall, Bob Gilmore, Thomas Hatfield, Thimothy Hatfield and Tammy Hatfield-Green. Preceded in death by his brothers, Roland Brown and Elmer Brown; and sister, Elree Dickerson. Memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2005, at San Luis Valley Baptist Church, 930 State Ave., in Alamosa, Colo. Online condolences may be made at: montgomerysteward.com
