Herbert Wayne Beeman, 94, passed away Jan. 9, 2018. Survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Lucille (née Casack) Beeman; children, Stephan (Cecelia) Beeman, Julie (Bob) Porter and Lorraine (Melanie Anstett) Beeman; grandchildren, Jennifer (Paul) Kneuper, James Robert (Andria) Porter, Jillian (Hannah Freed-Thall) Porter, Jodi (Paul) Boyer, Randi (Aaron) Unroe, Amy (Derek) Sohnrey and Katie Anstett; great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Julianna and Patrick Kneuper, Ashleigh Porter and Leo Freed-Thall; sister, Edna Marie Arnold; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his daughter, Janice Beeman; parents, Charles and Ednah (née Morse) Beeman; an infant brother; brothers, Charles, Alva, Joseph, Raymond, Phillip, Fred and Richard; sisters, Charlotte Haines, Elizabeth Gray, Edith Brown, Emma Beeman and Freda Watson. Herbert was born March 3, 1923, in Pueblo County and was proud of his family's deep roots in Colorado. He served in the US Army Corps of Engineers, including the Normandy Invasion, during WWII. In 1990, he retired as the plant superintendent of International Mill Service. Longtime member of Shrine of St. Therese.
