Henry A. Beck passed away July 18, 2012. Survived by his sons, Dr. George (Cynthia) Beck and Dr. Jim (Jeanette) Beck; grandchildren, Tristen Beck and Sable Beck; numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice on Jan. 17, 2011; parents and two brothers. Henry was born in Chicago, Ill. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII as a Arizona Bushmaster and received two purple hearts. He was a private pilot for many years and founded Industrial Plumbing and Heating over 50 years ago. Henry was an avid hunter, fisherman and golfer. He would have been a pro-golfer, had he not been drafted into the Army. He also enjoyed playing pool, horseshoes and bowling. He was a member of Plumbers Union # 58, BPO Elks # 90 and Sons of Italy. Henry was a dedicated family man. He loved nothing more than spending time with his wife and sons and later his two grandchildren. Henry was deeply loved and will be missed by all. Vigil service, 7 p.m. Monday and funeral Mass, 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2012, with the Rev. Father Ben Bacino as celebrant. Both services at Christ The King Church, 1708 Horseshoe Dr. and interment, Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of food or flowers Memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior Project through Montgomery & Steward Funeral Directors, 1317 N. Main St., Pueblo, CO 81003.
