Helen Maes, 89, of Pueblo, went to be with the Lord on Oct. 16, 2009, surrounded by her loving, immediate family. Preceded in death by parents, Rita and Guillermo Griego; three brothers; one daughter; and two grandchildren. Survived by children, Joseph (Ana) Cruz, Cora Bosiacki, John (Sally) Maes, Priscilla Esparza, Theresa Anderson, Richard (Cindy) Maes and Dean Maes; 39 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 22 great-great grandchildren. Helen was born Sept. 3, 1920, in Aguilar, Colo.
