Hazel May Jaycox, 93, passed away August 4, 2016. Survived by children, Melvin Carpenter and Linda Vaught; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives. Preceded in death by her husband, Norman Jaycox. Hazel was born to Herbert and Minnie Knuth on May 1, 1923, in Westcliffe, Colo.
