Hannah Lee Sutherland, 4, born Feb. 20, 2007, passed away unexpectedly June 16, 2011. Survived by her parents, Laura and Jeff Sutherland Jr. and sister, Hailey, all of the family home in Pueblo West; grandparents, Ron and Lorraine Polchak, Peter Beizaee, and Sandy Beizaee; great-grandfather, Ed Shuey; and uncle, Matt Beizaee, all of Pueblo; and aunt, Rhonda Polchak of Denver. Preceded in death by her sister, Holly.
There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 22, 2011, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with Pastor Darron Wilson officiating. The family respectfully requests the omission of food and flowers. Just know that the very presence of your special sweetheart here on this earth, touched lives. She was sweet and shy and loving.
