H. Robert Taylor, 85, passed away March 12, 2010. Survived by his daughter, Mary Elizabeth Taylor; brother, George E. (Janice) Taylor; four nephews, Chuck, Michael, Nate, Marty and their families. Preceded in death by his two wives, Mary Jane Hammill and Irene Lilian Jennings and two sons. Robert was born in Pueblo on May 29, 1925, to Harry A. and Mary Taylor. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and retired from C.F.& I as an accountant. He was an avid square dancer and enjoyed fly fishing. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, B.P.O. Elks #90, Silver State Lodge # 95, A.F. & A. M. and V. F. W. Post #5812. At his request, there will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at First Presbyterian Church, 220 W. 10th Street. In lieu of food and flowers, memorials may be made to P.A.W.S. through Montgomery & Steward Funeral Directors, 1317 N. Main St., Pueblo, CO 81003 or direct to a charity of your choice.
