Guy William Schlink, Sr.

Guy William Schlink, Sr., 90, passed away Dec. 23, 2003, in Pueblo, Colorado. Survived by his son, Guy William ' Bill' Schlink, Jr. of Seattle, Wash.; stepdaughter, Donna (Gary) Hartman of Pueblo; grandson, Nicholas Schlink; and step-grandchildren, Phil Hartman, Jim (Debbie) Hartman and Kim Sanchez. Preceded in death by his first wife, Gladys in 1981and his second wife, Hazel in Sept. 2003. Guy was born Feb. 10, 1913, in Pueblo to Guy Samuel and Anne Schlink. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and retired from CF&I as a Coke Plant foreman. Guy attended Wesley United Methodist Church and was a member of So. Pueblo Lodge No. 31, AF&AM. There will be no viewing. Graveside service, 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003, at Mountain View Cemetery with Pastor Kim James officiating.
