  5. To the Dorsey family, all of us. If hard luck and trials can make us stronger they made Greg not only strong enough to face an enormous number of problems in his life but strong enough to face his life with an amazing spirit, sense of humor and total lack of self pity. He treated his family with love and his friends like family. I am sure freedom from his pain and earthly body is a joy and he so deserves to be free. Rest in peace dear friend.

  9. Tara, Brian,Aedra & Carrie, Our condolences to you all Your Dad was remarkable…I can remember going to visit them one day in the fall, and your Dad was outside in his wheelchair, raking the lawn! Your whole entire family was a huge impact on my life!! You come from wonderful caring people! It’s been great seeing what wonderful adults you have become!! I’m glad I got to see you all again (after being gone for a while). I Loved seeing your Dad everyday, hearing a new joke & just seeing him SMILE!! But I never saw a smile more brighter then when his Grand-daughters would run up to him!! I know ,that as long as I live, I will NEVER meet a person that was more courageous, more independent, or more Happy than Greg Dorsey!! He will never be forgotten, and you should be so proud to be a part of him!!

  10. It saddened me so very much to hear of Greg’s passing. He was such a good friend in high school and was so much fun to be with. Being so far away from Pueblo, I have missed our “South family” but friends have told me what a big part Greg was. I am glad I got to talk to him in the hospital last year. We had a great phone conversation and remininesced about old times. He is truly one of a kind and will be missed. Rest in peace dear friend.

  11. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Greg was such an insperation to us all, he never felt sorry for himself and always had something nice to say. He will be missed by many.

  12. In spite of Greg’s handicap he always was up-beat and had a smile. We loved to hear him talk about his sports with enthusiasm over a beer. We wished that we lived closer so we could have spent more time with him. For his children, he left a lot of wonderful values and good examples to follow. We will miss him dearly. chuck and barbara

  15. Greg was my best childhood buddy. We had so many good times growing up on Hollywood Dr. We used to play in the new houses and over by the water tower. We were once on the same Old Timers team. I will never forget what a good friend he was. God bless Greg and may his soul rest in peace.
