Gordon J. Book, 92, passed away May 2, 2004. Survived by his wife, Beulah E. Book; children, Larry (Kathy) Book of Raton, N.M., Kay (Rudy) Gasser of Phoenix, Ariz., Ron (Marti) Book of Gypsum, Colo. and Susan Omlin of Pueblo; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Gordon was born to Noah and Grace Book on Sept. 28, 1911, in Stockton, Kansas. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, May 8, 2004, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with the Reverend Dr. Rick Calhoun officiating.
