Gloria (Ronk, Pickett) Doddridge

Gloria Mae (Ronk, Pickett) Doddridge passed away peacefully at home in Pueblo West, CO, on April 12, 2014, surrounded by her children. She was born May 15, 1930, in Cabell County (Milton) West Virginia to Joe Cephas and Melvina (Hensley) Ronk. Gloria graduated Huntington High School, married Norman Carl Pickett, raised five children before completing LPN training at Huntington East Trade School, and retired from a long nursing career in 1993. Gloria is survived by her children, Norman Lee, Nancy Ann, Cassandra Kay, and Jacqueline Lynn; sisters, Carol and Paulette;18 grandchildren; and 35 great grandchildren, scattered all over. She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Eugene. A quiet family memorial service is planned followed by a burial in Columbus, OH with Gloria's second husband, Robert Doddridge.
