George Ellwood 'El' Moore, 88, of Pueblo, Colo. passed away on Oct. 8, 2012. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Fern E. Moore; parents, Orville and Blanche Moore; siblings, Jamie, Leon and Hazel.
Survived by his children, David (Brandi) and DeAnn (Ron) Seybold; grandchildren, Ryan (Jackie) Seybold, Ranae (Justin) Schwindt, Carly and Brady Moore; also three great-grandchildren, Jace and Hunter Schwindt and Colton Seybold.
George proudly served in the US Army during WWII and served the United States Government for 35 years at the Pueblo Army Depot.
El was involved in his church, Bethany Lutheran Church since 1966. He was a member of the American Legion for 60 years, Pueblo Knife and Fork Club and Good Sams. El had a great love for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Funeral service, 1 p.m. Friday, October 12, 2012, at Bethany Lutheran Church, 1802 Sheridan Rd., with Pastor Ed Maanum officiating. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens.
