  8. We are devastated to hear of George’s passing. Wow what an amazing man! We have so many fond memories of our fun out at the race track, battling for the fastest motorcycle record… which I believe GB still holds :o), as well as the nights the boys tinkered with the drag bike in the garage. He always had an encouraging word to say and a smile on his face. I remember when we moved into our new house and needed our phone installed, USWest was in the middle of a strike. George came to our house with another engineer and a company attorney and installed our line. For years he joked with us that our install was the most expensive install the company ever had! He will be greatly missed by many! Carol and GB our deepest sympathies to you and all your family. We are unable to come this weekend but wanted you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We TRULY are blessed to have been able to call such a wonderful man FRIEND!
With love, from his drag racing family,
    Jay and Kristin Blackburn
