I have not stopped crying since I was told you died. You and Carole mean a lot to me. Your frequent visits will be missed so much but I know that Carole will still come to see me. I will see you when I get to heaven. Love, Aunt Annie
Cousin Gene: Words cannot adequately describe the sadness I felt with your passing! You brought so much sunshine and joy to the lives of all those who were blessed enough to know you! The legacy and memories you left will live on in the lives of Carole, Brenda, Steve, your grandchildren, other family members and countless friends whose hearts will find peace while reflecting on the wonderful memories of you. I will be eternally grateful to you and Carole for the compassion and kindness you showed during Gus’ illness and passing. Though the earth wept the day you left us, Heaven celebrated your arrival in the embrace of your precious Gina, Timmy and others who passed before you. To Carole, Brenda, Steve and all the grandchildren: your husband, father and grandfather will always be with you; perhaps it will be a song, a photo, a memory, a dream, or the feeling of his presence, know that our loved ones never truly leave us! To the wonerful family Gene left behind, my HEART hurts for all of you! Ed
