Gelene R. Vickers, 57, went home to be with Jesus Dec. 12, 2014. Survived by her husband of 36 years, Bill Vickers; children, Stephanie Vickers of Portland, Ore., Joshua Vickers of Jacksonville, Ore., Ashlee (Timothy) Allen of Pueblo and Matthew Vickers of Portland, Ore.; brother, David (Janie) Trenkenschuh of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; and special friend, Becky Rider. Preceded in death by her parents, William and Carolyn Trenkenschuh. Gelene was born Nov. 16, 1957, in Pueblo. She was a certified X-Ray, Dexa, and Mammography technician at St. Mary Corwin Hospital for ten years. She was a loving wife and mother. She was a member of Fellowship of the Rockies where she loved serving on the technical arts team. She loved her church family and life group. She was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa Sorority. The family would like to thank all friends and family who have supported them with prayers and love. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014, at Fellowship of the Rockies, 3892 W. Northern Ave. In lieu of food and flowers, memorials may be made to Fellowship of the Rockies Mission Trip fund, 3892 W. Northern Ave., Pueblo, CO 81005.   1. Bill I am so sorry for your loss. Gelene was such an amazing woman. I am so blessed to have gotten the oppertunity to met you guys and help along her journey. I will never forget Gelenes beautiful smile and laugh that brightened my days. and the look she had when you were with her was so amazing. She loved you so much and talked so much about you and the kids everyday I worked with her, she loved you all so very much. She has truly touched my life and I will always keep her alive in my heart and my stories of memories with her. We all have an amazing Angel smiling down on us. Bill Gelene may not be physically there, but she is always there right by your side and in your heart. She always said she felt so much better with you around. God Bless you and your family.

Gelene was just 18 when we went to Park Hill and we remember when you and her were married. So many, many precious memories we have shared through the years with both of your families.
