Garry B. Whittemore Sr.

Garry B. Whittemore, Sr., 78, passed away on June 21, 2026. He is survived by his children, Garry B. Whittemore, Jr. and Debbie Whittemore (Chuck Williams); grandchildren, Garry Whittemore, III (his mother, Barbara Whittemore), Bridget (Joey) Phillips, Samantha (Jayme) Ervin, and Kayla Thompson; great-grandchildren, Garry Whittemore, IV, Grace Salazar, Stetson Ervin, Colton, Alexis, Lyric, and Maddie; best friend, Debbie Peterman; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Kathy Whittemore; and sisters, Janet and Joyce.

Garry was born to Jennings “Dutch” and Betty Whittemore on June 1, 1948, in Pueblo, Colo. He was the owner of Triplex Packing House where he was a butcher.

Garry enjoyed camping, fishing, cutting custom beef, hogs, and wild game, etc. Most of all he loved his family, friends, and his dogs.

Memorial service, 1 p.m. June 26, 2026, in the Montgomery & Steward Funeral Chapel. Following the service, there will be a reception at 918 Shay Lane, Pueblo.
