Frederick I. Petersen, 83, passed away July 1, 2007. Born in a farm house near Fowler, Colo., on Nov. 1, 1923, to Charles and Agnes Petersen. Survived by his wife of 51 years, Darlene M. Petersen; daughter, Pamela (Michael) Cotton-White; brother, Les Petersen; and two grandchildren. Frederick was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II, serving with the 12th Air Force in the Mediterranean area. At his request, cremation with no public viewing and no services.
