  3. To all of Frank’s family,
I am so sorry to hear about Frank’s passing. He was very dear to me. I was a student at Center Beauty College in 2004, and my mother Millie Mihelich was also a student of Frank’s many years ago. Frank was one of the kindest, funniest, most compassionate people I’d ever met. I truly loved him, and will miss him. His passing is a great loss for many people. I’ll always keep him in my prayers, and will pray for the family. May GOD bless you all. My deepest sympathy,

I’m sorry for your loss! Frank was a wonderful man and he will definately be missed! I have a lot of good memories of all of us together, going to Center in 1988, hanging out with Kami, going to party’s at your parent’s house and loving your parent’s as if they were my own! Frank did a great job opening up Center and keeping it going for so many wonderful years. I hope that it will continue to operate! I visited Rita, Frank, CeCe and Leesa last June at Center and the changes that were made were incredible!! I love you all, and I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers!
