  1. It is a sad time for all who loved Frances. My connection to Frances started when we were little. We were cousins. We played on the farm in Vineland, Co. where our Grandma Pisciotta lived with Frances, her brother, sisters and her mom and dad. This was my second family. I love each and every one of them. Frances you will be missed and may God welcome you with open arms and remove all the pain and suffering you have endured in the past. I send my love to each and every one of Frances’s family. Many things change us in our life, but we start and end with our family. . GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
    Love
    You’re Cousin, Margaret Chimento Martin

  2. Franci and I were more than co-workers. I considered her a friend. Everyone who knows our relationship knows how ornery we were with each other. She was a strong woman and will be deeply missed. My condolences to her entire family. Dave Williams
