Fern E. Moore, 83, of Pueblo, passed away Oct. 24, 2009. Preceded in death by parents, Harry and Ann Schumacher; and brother , Virgil Schumacher, all of Gurley, Neb. Survived by her husband of 63 years, George Ellwood Moore; son, David (Brandi); daughter, DeAnn (Ron) Seybold; grandchildren, Ryan (Jackie) Seybold, Ranae ( Justin) Schwindt, Carly and Brady Moore. Also, two great-grandchildren, Jace and Hunter Schwindt. Fern was baptized, confirmed and married at Salem Lutheran Church in Gurley, Neb. She worked as a cashier at JC Penneys in Sidney, Neb. for seven years, five years for the Federal Government in Sidney and five years as a cashier at JC Penneys in Pueblo, Colo. Fern was involved in her church, Bethany Lutheran Church, since 1966. She had a great love for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Viewing from 4 to 7 p.m. Tues. in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Funeral service, 10 a.m. Wed., Oct. 28, 2009, at Bethany Lutheran Church, 1802 Sheridan Rd., with Pastor Ed Maanum officiating.
