Elizabeth Traeder Smith

Elizabeth Traeder Smith, 85, passed away February 17, 2009. Survived by her son, Stan (Sherri) Smith of Pueblo; cousins, Jack (Linda) Melton of Alaska and Judy (Brian) Tromsness of Oregon. Preceded in death by her husband, Harold F. Smith. Elizabeth was born to Will and Birdie Traeder on April 21, 1923, in Pueblo, Colo. She was a member of the China Painting Club and P.E.O., Chapter GO. She was actively involved and held offices with P.E.R.A. She also founded the hospital Candy Stripers. At her request there will be no viewing nor service. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. The family respectfully requests the omission of flowers and food.
