Eleanor M. Hill, 86, passed away Sept. 9, 2019. Survived by children, Ben (Rose) Hill and Cheryl Hill both of Pueblo and Jeffrey (Linda) Hill of Westminster; grandchildren, Austin (Anna) Hill and Brandon Hill; sister, Agnes Simony; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband, Benona J. Hill; and sister, Thelma Joxen. Eleanor was born to Peter and Minnie Joxen on Oct. 15, 1932, in Pueblo. She and husband owned Hills Service Center for many years until his death where she was the bookkeeper and receptionist. Eleanor loved her church, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Rosary, 6 p.m. today in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Mass, 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019, at St. Mary Help of Christians Church, 307 E. Cherry, Benny and Jeff, I am sorry for your loss. I can see your mom with her shovel irrigating at your grandparents. She was such a neat lady. I really enjoyed visiting with her. She had such a wonderful sense of humor and a smile and laugh that brought joy to those whose lives she touched. I know that these past years have been hard for all of you. It has not gone unnoticed your devotion to her. You are awesome children. You have so many happy memories to warm your hearts. God bless. You are in my prayers. Pam
