Edward L. Wilson, 82, passed away May 20, 2012. Survived by his wife of 61 years, Dona Wilson; children, Lynn Wilson of St. Louis, Mo., Jana (Tim) Flint of Pueblo and Dee (Julie) Wilson of Charleston, S.C.; former daughter-in-law, Christina Wilson; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Ashley), Elaine, Stacy (Apollo), Scott and Caree; four sisters and one brother. Ed was born Feb. 20, 1930, in Altus, Okla., to Arthur and Loney Wilson. He married Dona Kerns on July 7, 1951, in Pueblo. He worked 45 years for Pueblo Gas & Fuel (now Xcel Energy). Ed enjoyed his vintage cars, riding motorcycles and going to car shows. He had a soft-spot for every stray animal which came around. His greatest joy in life was his wife and family. Ed was a member of Senior Walkers and a lifetime member of BPO Elks No. 90. He also helped with youth baseball. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Service, 10 a.m. Friday, May 25, 2012, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Rick Calhoun officiating.
