E. Jean Finnell

E. Jean Finnell, 80, passed away on October 16, 2004. Survived by her husband of 55 years, R. Marvin Finnell of the family home; children, Richard Finnell of Pueblo, Bradley (Casee) Finnell of Rocky Ford, Janice Finnell of Rocky Ford and Lisa Finnell of Denver; sister-in-law, Marilyn Smith, of Cedar Falls, Iowa; brother-in-law, Norman Finnell and sister-in-law, Evelyn Chandler, both of Evergreen, Colo. Preceded in death by her daughter, Glenda Finnell; and brother, Richard Smith. Jean was born July 23, 1924, to Lester and Esther Smith in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Jean loved her profession as a registered nurse and worked for many years at the Pueblo Manor nursing home in Pueblo. At her request there will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, October 22, 2004, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel, with Reverend Dr. Rick Calhoun officiating.
