Our Dwayne Mustard, 78, of Pueblo West, Colo. went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 4, 2024. He was born on Dec. 22, 1945, in Yuba City, Calif. to Ralph and Odessa (Henderson) Mustard. Dwayne was married to Joyce (Austin) Mustard for 31 years before she passed. He was also widowed by Karen (Hovis) Mustard.
Dwayne was a welder by trade. His hobbies included racing, building street rods, going to car shows, spending time with his family, and adventuring with his girlfriend, Denni Jordan. Joyce and Dwayne spent 10 years doing foster care in Pueblo, Colo. Dwayne was also a member of the Outlaw Car Club.
He is survived by his daughter, Deborah (Keith) Ritchey; son, Brian Mustard; daughter, Kim (Kirk) LaVina; cousins, Dennis (Linda) Mustard, Stan (Charlotte) Riles, Leon Riles, and Deborah Lacquement; grandkids, Anthony (Sara) Black, Sherrea (Gordon, Jr.) Allen, Mackenzie Mustard-Wright, Hunter and Cameron LaVina, Zachary and Corey Mustard; and five great-grandchildren.
Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Celebration of life, 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2024, in the Montgomery & Steward Banquet Hall. Preacher John Tanner will be speaking on Dad’s behalf. Anyone who wants to share stories or memories about Dwayne can do so during this time. We will provide food and drink. Feel free to bring your own “adult” beverages.

We met while you were my mom and you became my dad when I was 12. You were a great dad and you worked your but off to be a good provider and father to two teenagers at the time. You gave me the love of antique cars. Thank you for being my dad. I will miss you greatly.
