Doris H. Gamble, 91, passed away May 13, 2008. Survived by her daughter, Rebecca Lee (James) Kummer of Lakewood, Colo.; brother, Orville (Elaine) Howe; grandson, Daniel (Jennifer) Kummer; and great-grandchildren, Makenzie and Jeffrey Kummer. Preceded in death by her husband, Leo James Gamble. Doris was born November 22, 1916, in Grand Junction, Colo., to Julian and Ethel Howe. Jim & Lee…We are so sorry for your loss. I know how difficult the problems Doris was having with lung and breathing wear on the care givers as you know my mom had the same situation. We hope your work in Pueblo will soon be accomplished. Please give us a call when your finished so we may hear how it is going. We are headed to Frisco on Friday to be with Taylor. As you once sent me a very insprirational message when my mom passed away that I have never forgotten about life’s cycles and how we see new life when older lives are not the quality none of us would want.
