Dorathy M. Dagel, 88, passed away Sept. 20, 2014, peacefully surrounded by family. Survived by children, Bruce Dagel, Steven (Jean) Dagel, Alan (Eloise) Dagel and Paula (Patrick) Sissel; eight grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Paul Dagel; and son, Joel Dagel. Dorathy was born to Rodney and Ada Singer on January 13, 1926, in Round Lake, Minn. She volunteered at Rosemount Museum and at the Parkview Hospital gift shop. Special thanks to Rose Ann Papez, the staff at Sharmar and Sangre de Cristo Hospice for their loving care. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 24, 2014, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with son, Rev. Alan D. Dagel officiating. Terry and I were both sick for the past 10 days, so we were not able to travel to attend the service. We are very sad to hear of Dorthy’s passing. We wish to extend our heart felt sympathy for your family’s loss and wish we could have been there to support you at this sad time.
