Donna was born in Pueblo Colorado on October 6, 1928 to parents Floyd and Nell Cirullo.

Donna was a lifelong Pueblo resident where she was a dedicated housewife and mother. Honey loved being surrounded by her family and friends. Some of her favorite time passers were going out to dinner, going to the movies, spending her Fridays having her hair and nails fixed and having dinner at her beloved El Nopal Restaurant. She also enjoyed going to Cripple Creek and supporting her favorite team, the Denver Broncos. Her most treasured times were traditions filled with family, food, and countless lifelong family stories.  Honey enjoyed cooking her large Italian dinners to share with everyone that she loved. Donna’s heart was always the most full when she was teaching her loved ones to create and carry on the family tradition of making her famous handmade raviolis. Honey made sure that this process and her recipe were perfect every single year, with little modifications happening every time. The family would like to give a special thank you to her caregivers Mary Youngblood, Sherry Luna, Paulette Short, Bristol Hospice, and her special niece Sue Landreth. At her request, there will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium.  Memorial mass, 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 30, 2021, at St. Joseph Church, 1145 South Aspen Rd. 4. We are saddened by the news of Donna’s passing. She was such a wonderful and sweet woman. How she loved her fried ice cream!! She will be greatly missed by George and I and the staff that had the pleasure of serving her for so many years. May you find peace during this very difficult time.

  5. Our family grew up with Donna’s family. I will always remember her “Treat Drawer” full of candy and sweets. She was fun to be around and many years ago she would come to my Mothers home and we would play cards all night. Wish to this day I could remember the name of that card game. My sincere prayers and condolences to all of Donna’s family. May she rest in peace. Alice (Clementi) Birch
