Donald Harrison Asbury, 70, passed away September 9, 2003, in Pueblo, Colo. Survived by wife of 27 years, and friend of 37 years, Linda Asbury; children, John Buckingham of Washington, Cindy (Donny) Kirkwood of Maine, James (Alison) Asbury, Bill (Carrie) Asbury, Andrew (Angie) Asbury and Crystal (Jesse) Casias, all of Pueblo. Also survived by brothers, Owen Asbury, Leslie Asbury, Kenneth Asbury, James Asbury, and Gerald Asbury; sisters, June Johnston, Patsy Stout, Judith Light, Doris Perry, Marie Ruben, and Bonnie Bruckner; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Born to Bessie (Maiden name: Harris) and Owen Ralph Asbury, September 20, 1932, in Limon, CO. Donald was a faithful member of the Jehovah's Witnesses for over 35 years. He loved spending time with his family; and his grandchildren were the love of his life. Don was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be missed by all. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 15, 2003, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Belmont-Mesa Congregation, 2203 E. 13th Street, Pueblo, Colorado, with Elder Leo Derrera officiating.
