Donald F. Oatis

Donald F. Oatis, 84, passed away May 23, 2012. Preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Harold Oatis; and his daughter, Karen Gentry. Survived by his daughters, Bridget Oatis and partner Said Benbachrah, and Wendy Oatis and partner Dana Ott; and his son-in-law, Robert Gentry; as well as five Gentry grandchildren, Hannah, Jim, Becca, Will, and Abby. Also survived by his sister-in-law, Helen Oatis. Donald was a Pueblo native. He was a Lt. Col. in the United States Marine Corps, serving his country in the Korean War and later at the Pentagon. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Elks Lodge.
