Dolly Wittman Spate, 101, passed away Jan. 28, 2015. Survived by her son, Frank (Kathy) Wittman, Foley, Ala.; daughter-in-law, Margaret Wittman, Pueblo West; grandchildren, Larry (Amanda) Wittman Jr., Pueblo West, Gail Grasmick Porter, Manhattan, Calif., Rodney Whalen, Pueblo, Clayton Whalen, Pueblo, Frank (Brandi) Wittman, Jr., Foley, Ala., Julie (Steve) Sparks, Foley, Ala., Donna (John) Hetro, Mandeville, La., and Michael Grasmick of Mesa, Ariz.; ten great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husbands, Julius 'Louie' Wittman and Christian Spate; children, Edna Mae Grasmick and Larry Wittman Sr.; one brother and four sisters. Dolly was born to Henry and Katherina Geringer on March 3, 1913, in Sugar City, Colo. Member of King of Kings Lutheran Church. She loved her family and enjoyed company. The family thanks Life Care Center for the excellent care they gave Dolly. Funeral service, 10 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2015, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with Pastor Dirk Stadtlander officiating. Interment, Lakeview Cemetery in Sugar City.   1. Our spunky aunt will be missed. She loved people. On one occasion when I went to visit her and she wasn’t in her room so I looked around and then ask someone at the nurse’s station.. “Do you know where my Aunt Dolly is?” . She said “No, she gets in her wheelchair and goes everywhere and we can’t keep track of her. She goes and visits everyone”. Aunt Dolly, I love you and rest in peace. Midge
