Diana Lee Villegas, 43, passed away January 9, 2007. Survived by her husband, Phillip Villegas; children, Phillip A. Villegas of California, Stephanie D. Villegas and Christopher A. Villegas; mother-in-law, Hope Villegas; sister, Geraldine 'Gerry' Homs, all of Pueblo; and grandchildren, Xavier Lee Villegas and Alexis Star Tremmell. Preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Viola Lopez; and grandparents, Albino and Eva Vensor. Diana was born Feb. 12, 1963, in Trinidad, Colo. She was an assisted living manager at Eddie's House. She loved the mountains, camping and oldies music. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Thursday, January 11, 2007, at Holy Rosary Parish, 2400 W. 22nd St. Special thanks to Sangre de Cristo Hospice for the care they gave Diana. I just learned of Diana’s death. I was her neighbor in Trinidad and I remember when Viola brought her home from the hospital and I watched her grow Into a beautiful young girl. The last time I saw Diana was when her first born son was a baby and I am so sorry I lost track of her after Violas death. She was a beautiful person and may she Rest In Peace.
