Dr. David S. Walther, Pueblo chiropractor for over 45 years, died Sept. 10, following an illness of several months. He was 71. Dr. Walther was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanne, and his parents, Drs. Norman and Rose Walther. He is survived by one brother, Ray (Glenna) of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada, staff members at the Chiropractic Health Center, PC and Systems DC, and many grateful patients over the years. In addition to treating patients, Dr. Walther wrote several textbooks dealing with applied kinesiology and developed educational brochures for patients. He also lectured extensively in the United States, Europe, Australia and Japan. In keeping with his personal wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no service.   1. Dr. Walther took away my pain, and gave my life back. I will forever be thankful, and miss this gentle, kind, funny man and his tremendous gift for healing.

  2. Dr. Walther changed my life with his care and treatment. He was always in a good mood and loved his work with patients and writing. I’m very blessed to have been under his care for several years before I moved. Then he helped me find an

  3. i just read dr. cuthbert’s column to learn of dr. walther’s passing. i graduated NYCC in Dec. 1979 so i was fortuate to meet & learn from many of these GREAT men of our Chiropractic profession. his books were well read & referenced often and allowed me to become very good at AK. i wanted you to know that i am just one of the many that was inspired by all his works & effort. Dr. Walther was TRUELY a role model for me as a student & practicing chiroprator for 28+ years. he will be missed but never forgotten
