David Paul Hornstein, 59, passed away Nov. 23, 2018. Survived by wife of 29 years, Paula D. (Colvin) Hornstein; daughters, Ashley (David Reynolds) Hornstein and Amber (Mason Lange) Hornstein; and grandchildren, Kaydance, Molly, Joshua and Emmalyn.
