Darlene D. Rybicki, 78, passed away on Feb. 19, 2024. She is survived by her husband, Ronald; children, Kevin (Micki), Brian, and Kristin Rybicki; grandchildren, Justin, Emily, Hannah, Jenna, Kielee, Rachael, Nichole, and David Rybicki; sister-in-law, Angie Martin; and cousins, Kelly Agosta and Craig Agosta.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James C. and Doris M. Martin; and brother, Terry Martin.

Darlene was born on June 17, 1945, in Long Beach, Calif., and worked at Pacific Telephone in Alhambra, Calif.

She enjoyed watching her favorite college football team, the University of Southern California (USC) during the football season, spending winters in Gold Canyon, Ariz., taking care of her little Schnauzers, cooking dinners for the family, and playing tennis and bowling.

The family would like to give a special “Thank You” to her caregivers: Melita, Bernice, Laura, Melanie and Ms. Zhie; and her daughter, Kristin; and Annette from Sangre de Cristo Hospice.

Cremation has taken place in the Montgomery & Steward Crematorium.
