Daniel Trujillo, 60, passed away Nov. 7, 2011. Survived by his mother, Theresa Sandoval; siblings, Bernadette (Gilberto) Delgado of Dallas, Nancy (Ron) Mendell of Wichita, Kan., Charles Sandoval of Westminster and Aaron Sandoval of Pueblo; uncle, Mike A. Pacheco of Carson, Calif.; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Daniel Trujillo Sr.; and brother, Richard Michael Torres. Daniel was born July 21, 1951, in Rocky Ford, Colo. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a transport driver, top rated pool player and an avid Denver Broncos fan. Viewing, from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Funeral Mass, 9:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 11, 2011, at Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, 11th and Grand Ave., with Msgr. Leonard Racki as celebrant. Military honors by the National Guard Honor Guard and interment at Roselawn Cemetery.
