Daniel J. Romero, 56, June 18, 2018. Survived by his father, Joseph C. Romero; mother, Lowanna Taylor; daughters, DD (Lawrence) Duarte and Erin (Josh) Anderson; step-daughter, Aneda (Stephen) Simms; brothers, Rocky (Karen) Hart, Allen (Brenda) Hart, Wayne (Laura) Hart and Ernie (Viki) Hart; grandchildren, Tylynn, Nicholas, Samuel, Ruby, Lucas and Jacob; god-daughter, Rosyln Espinoza; and large extended family. Preceded in death by wife, Vivian Romero; grandparents, Ciriaco and Rose Romero; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Daniel was born to Joseph Romero and Lowanna Taylor in Denver on September 4, 1961, graduated from East High School in 1979 and retired from the U.S. Army. He enjoyed the Broncos, Rockies, playing darts, hunting, fishing, watching his grandchildren's sporting events, playing the Colorado Lottery Games and looking at old vintage cars. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 26, at Good Shepherd Fellowship, 1216 Beech St. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens.   1. Our deepest Sympathies to Joe Romero and Family!!! My parents and the kids grew up with Daniel & Joe Romero in the Deaf Community it was great to grow up together lots of fun!! I visited Daniel jus a few years back at his home, went to Church
    And just went out doing different things, most of all listening to Daniel share
    Lots of stories growing up, he loves horses!! He had a very special place in every bodies heart that knew him!! He will truly be missed!!! May God comfort the Family and most of all Joe Romero!!! Amen!! God Bless you all!!!

  3. Our deepest sympathies to cousin Sonny and the family. Danny Joe was always one of my favorite cousins and also classmate. When we were young we called him “Horse” because he was as strong as a horse, and he also spent lots of time with his horse.
