  1. I just recently found out about Connie. I knew her from school and from Pampered Chef. I will miss her positive attitude and great smile. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

  2. My deepest condolences for Connie’s family. The last time I helped her at Sears was not even a few months ago. I will forever remember her smile and her courage. May she continue to grace her family as an angel. God Be with you all.

  3. Kevin, Chelsea, Kristen,
Connie was a special soul that brought light to every room. Connie fought her battle hard and with great dignity. She will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

  4. Connie was definitely “one of a kind” She was a truly loving and generous soul that made an impression on everyone she came in contact with. You were all truly blessed to have had her as a daughter, wife and mother. And I am grateful to have been blessed with her as a friend. Heaven got a very special angel the day that she entered. May everyone that loved her cherish her memories and remember what a blessing we were given to have had her in our lives.

  5. We met Connie when she was working at Los Hombres. What a true delight she was. We remember when she quit working so that she could start her family and devote herself to her husband and upcoming children. Chelsea and Kristen, your mom loved you before you were even born and I know that she was very, very proud of you girls.
It is our prayer that our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, give you peace, comfort and strength during the terribly difficult time in your life.
We loved your mom and she will be missed by so many that have been blessed to have her in their lives.
May each day, each moment be filled with precious memories of the good times you shared as a family.
In Our Prayers and with our love,

I am so very sorry for your loss. Connie was indeed a real, true friend and a wonderful inspiration to all who were blessed to know her. Although we will all miss her very much here, I believe the stars are definitely shining brighter because of her presence there. I like to imagine that she is already decorating heaven, instructing the angels on the importance of nutrition and of course, planting & gardening! :o) Wishing you all peace, love and comfort.

  24. Only Connie, via Caring Bridge and Christmas letters, could make me cry and smile and then laugh in the span of three paragraphs. What a blessing she has been to me and so many others. Her passing is the most joyful sadness I have experienced in a longtime, and I am a better and happier person for knowing her. I can only imagine how proud you are to have her as wife, daughter, mother, sister, or friend. We will grieve her loss for all of you, but will be heartened that it will be lightened by the love, faith and testimony in God the Father and her family in Christ. I love you guys, I just wanted to tell you all that, again, even from afar and via electronic registry. Our family and church community will continue prayers for comfort for you all, and a celebration to a life well lived but gone too soon.

    God bless you all,

Cousin ‘Mikey’, Tara and Sophie Devoley

  25. Oh-no! I was sooooo sorry to read about Connie’s passing. I, too, knew her from her Pampered Chef parties and scrapbooking but had not visited with her for some time. During the period in my life when I had been in her presence, she was such a delight – those smiling eyes, infectious laugh and her general happiness and pretty face (& her very cute/cool hair cut). I will keep her family in my thoughts. I’m so glad I knew Connie!

  26. Roger, Jean, Karen, Kevin, Chelsea, Kristen, and Mike: I am so sorry for our deep loss. I am glad for Connie’s secure eternity in heaven with Jesus and am looking forward to when we’ll be reunited. Until then, I am glad that God used Connie to bring us closer together and help us be healthier. May God soothe your grieving hearts with the unspeakable peace that only He can give. Love, Cherie
