Claudette was an active member of Bethany Lutheran Church and a long-standing, active member of AGLOW Fellowship for Women.  She enjoyed Bible studies, playing bingo, and painting pictures—a talent that she discovered later in life.

During her life, Claudette held numerous jobs.  She retired from Industrial Gas as a bookkeeper and then worked 12 years at Trinity Lutheran School as the custodian.

  2. My sister, Claudette was our friend. I spent time visiting and talking to her. I really will miss our time together. I can’t believe she is no longer here to do that. I want to thank her so much for allowing us to meet for a long time for our Aglow meetings in her park. I truly appreciate all she did with me and Aglow. She had a big heart for Aglow. I truly will miss her, and her smile. We love you 😘♥️

  3. Pueblo AGLOW will miss Claudette. She loved attending our monthly breakfasts.
She had such a servants heart and was always a joy to see.
We thank God for the Hope we have in him and know our precious sister is in the arms of her Savior and we will see her again.

  4. Claudette will certainly be missed, but remembered always. She was the best friend and sister in the Lord anyone could ever have and I’m so glad she was mine. We will meet again one day in the Lord’s presence. My love and prayers to her family.

  5. So sorry for all of you for your loss. I’ve known Claudette for like 40 years. She will be deeply missed.

  6. Momma. I miss you. Remember rhe song that I sang u when we were wrapped up in dad’s sweater- “I Love u Forever, I”ll like u for always. As long as I’m living , my momma you”ll be.” Thank u for loving us no matter what. Lisa

  7. Jim and I remember all the good times we spent with Claudette and Stanley. They were wonderful, fun friends. God bless you Lisa, Jeff, and Julie. May our Lord cover you with His never ending love and strengthen your faith in Jesus and remember all the good times and blessings given to you through your parents.

  8. We were just discussing Stanley and Claudette at our morning devotions at Trinity. We were always so impressed that no matter what, they were always there. They treated their position at Trinity as if it were their ministry. They cleaned our building “with their hearts” so to speak. Our building has never quite looked the same since, no knock to custodians that came after them. They loved Trinity, and their grandchildren that walked the halls each day! Well done, good and faithful servant!!

    • Momma I 💘 u and will always miss you. Whenever I start to get lonely- I will sing the song I sang to you the night we were laying in your bed at hospice wrapped up in daddy’s sweater- “I”ll Love u forever, I’ll like u for always. As long as I’m living my momma you’ll be.” Love Lisa

  9. I am a native of Westcliffe, CO, and I knew both Claudette and Pamela. Over the years I have
seen and greeted Claudette with joy and memories. She was an enjoyable and happy person
and warmed your heart when you visited with her.
My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.

  10. Claudette helped me get my first real job at Easy Shop Food Store on W. 29th Street. She, Stan and their children were always so gracious to me and I recall them well. She will be sorely missed. See you in heaven Claudette.

  11. Our families condolences and prayers for the passing of Claudette. I remember her as a wonderful person and loving mother. Will always have fond memories of Claudette and Stanley at Bethany.

  12. Claudette was a wonderful caring lady, and I loved her dearly. When she and Stanley worked at Trinity, they put their all into it! Claudette told me that when she went into each classroom to clean, she prayed for the students and teacher in that room. She truly was a servant spirit, and there must have been much rejoicing in heaven when she left this life! My condolences and love to her family.
