Charles R. Powers, 73, passed away on January 25, 2014. Survived by his wife, JoAnne; sister, Zelda Bertrand; four children; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; step-son and his children; and numerous nieces and nephews. Charles was born in DeQuincy, La. on March 19, 1940, to Perry and Gracy Powers. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium.
