Charles Phillip 'Skip' Lennon, Jr., 76, passed away June 4, 2009 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Anna Marie (Gradisar) Lennon; children, Letitia Lennon of Denver, Deanna Lennon of Pueblo, Shawna (Edward) Sanchez of Flagstaff, Ariz., Michael (Christina) Lennon of Frisco, Texas and Kathleen (Jeffrey) Giordano of Pueblo West; grandchildren, Travis (Rhonda) Garcia, Melissa Garcia, Michael Mestas, Cicely (Joshua) Lewis, Jessica (Brendan) Cabral, Elizabeth Sanchez, Samantha Sanchez, Gus Sanchez, Drew Lennon and Joseph Giordano; ten great-grandchildren; brother, Dennis (Barbara) Lennon of Greenwich, R.I.; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Marge Gradisar, Lila Gradisar, Gabe (Marylou) Gradisar, Ramona Gradisar, Fran Gradisar and Jane Gradisar; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Chuck was born May 12, 1933, in Pawtucket, R.I. to Charles and Helen Lennon, who preceded him in death. He served two years in the U.S. Army and retired from Wilcoxson-Buick as a salesman. He enjoyed being with his family, traveling, baseball and the ocean. A special thank you to Nancy Wimber and the Sangre De Cristo Hospice caregivers, especially Wanda and Betty. Cremation upon request. Memorial service, 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 9, 2009, at St. Frances Xavier, 611 Logan Ave, with the Reverend Father Uju Okeahialam as celebrant. In lieu of food and flowers, memorials may be made to Sangre de Cristo Hospice through Montgomery & Steward Funeral Directors, 1317 N. Main St., Pueblo, Colo. 81003.     We are so sad to hear about the passing of Uncle Skip. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this sorrow time. I know my mom & dad appreciated everyone’s hospitality and it really meant so much for my dad to spend the last few weeks of Uncle Skip’s life with him. Uncle Skip rest in peace – we love you.
