Cecil R. 'Lee' Givens, 85, passed away May 28, 2008. Survived by his wife of 66 years, Ruth Givens; two daughters, Terri Gorman Murphy and Susan Zale; four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Lee was born Aug. 8, 1922, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to James and Paralee Givens. He served in the U.S. Air Force during WWII and was a banking vice president. Viewing from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday, June 2, 2008, at the funeral home. Funeral service, 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2008, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel, with Pastor David Freehling officiating.
