Carolyn (Petros) Pfleeger, 92, passed away November 24, 2003. Survived by her sister, Josephine (Joe) Majestic; brother, Raymond L. (Faye) Petros; sister-in-law, Annabelle L. Petros, all of Pueblo; 8 nieces and nephews; 11 great nieces and nephews; and 5 great-great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Fred H. Pfleeger; parents; step-mother; brothers, Andrew Petros, Jr. and Gus C. Petros; sisters, Rose B. Gornick and Mary Petros; and nephew, Eugene A. Gornick. Born to Andrew and Marija Petros, November 27, 1910, in Pueblo, Carolyn was also the step-daughter of Anna Petros. Carolyn was a bookkeeper for Petros Motor Sales, and with her husband, owned and operated Western Auto in Pueblo. Viewing will be from noon to 5 p.m. today and from 9 to 11 a.m. on Friday. Funeral Mass will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, November 28, 2003, at Shrine of St. Therese Catholic Church, 300 Goodnight Avenue, Pueblo, with Reverend Father Liam Courtney as celebrant. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shrine of St. Therese Memorial Fund through the funeral home.
