Carl G. Garrison

Carl G. Garrison, 75, of Ordway, Colo., passed away on Feb. 26, 2022. Survived by his wife, Jill Ann Kimball-Garrison; brother, Jack (Betty) Garrison; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by parents; and several brothers and sisters. Carl was born to George and Lola Mae Garrison on Jan. 19, 1947, in Lamar, Colo. and served in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving during Vietnam. He was honorably discharged with a Purple Heart Medal in 1968. Carl was a true Cowboy. He loved horses and cattle and was skilled in their care and handling. Many a time he would be called upon to help with horses and cattle and he was happy to be of service. He will be greatly missed, but not forgotten. “My friends, my acquaintances, and most of all my family, always remember, I will take with me a little piece of each of you and leave with you my great memories.” Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium with no services.
