  1. Billie was a dear friend — knew her for 27 years. We went through a lot together; a hard worker, would give a person the shirt off her back if they needed it, liked to tell and hear a good joke, not only a proud lifelong Democrat, but especially proud of being a “Yellow Dog Democrat.” We will miss her greatly.

  2. Such a beautiful and strong woman. I have known Billie sixty years out of her seventy. Will miss her very much

  3. Billie was such a wonderful lady and friend. We’ve been friends for many years. We shared our birthday together our church, beliefs love of animals plus so much more. We’ll miss you so much.
