  1. Kevin,

I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I know how difficult it is lose parents and my heart goes out to you and your family.

  2. Jay, Lisa and Kevin, just want you to know how much Betty is being missed. I just want you to know that you have all my prayers to help you get through this tough time. She was a very special and wonderful lady who I loved a lot. Greatly missed, Velma

  3. Betty was one of the kindest and most selfless persons I have had the privilege to know. I considered her my second mother and will always treasure all the memories we shared together. Love, Tony…

  4. It has been a while since I have had contact with your family, but I have many memories of years past, as our children grew up together and we grew up with them! I remember Betty to be a special and loving lady, with a great sense of humor! She will be missed. Please know that our family shares this time with you and our thoughts and prayers are with you. May God give you peace and encouragement as needed.
    With love,
    Nancy Hubbell Luellen and family

  5. Mom,
You were my everything – my best fried, my financial fall back, my confidante, comrade in humor – you laughed at all my jokes – you were my hero.

I love you and I miss you SO much!
    Kevin

  6. Dr. Linam,

Received notification of this from my dad. Kind of shocking to me and totally unexpected.

Sorry to hear about this and hope you are doing well.

    Keep in touch.

    Mark

  7. What a sad time for all of us who knew Betty, a wonderful, spunky in your face when need be person who had the patience of job when she taught continuing ed classes..We were email friends forever and when her emails came I was always in awe at the content or laughing my head off. I hate to think of not getting more. She could figure people out and effectively deal with their problems with both compassion and a no nonsence approach. Heaven has a special new resident.A wonderful friend. My love and prayer go to you and your family.

  8. Dr. Linam,
I am sorry about your loss. Betty was a wonderful lady. I wish I were there to give you a big hug.

    Marijane Martinez

    Sincerely,
    Lisa Coughlin
